Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with their original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they stay protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
